Role Overview

The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health oversees clinical staff servicing high medical acuity or extended support clients. They provide staff orientation, ensure clinical competence, and supervise RN, LPN, and CNA team members, conducting evaluations and managing caseloads. The role involves developing and managing clinical programs, ensuring quality care, and maintaining compliance with licensing and regulatory guidelines. They support agency growth, investigate client complaints, participate in recruitment, and evaluate services for continuous improvement. Additionally, the manager assists with operational and financial oversight, conducts home visits, and ensures services are delivered according to professional standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure in the practice state
• Active CPR certification
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years RN experience, preferably in home health
• Experience with Medicare Skilled Nursing and OASIS understanding
