Home Health RN Clinical Manager Full Time

About the Role

The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health oversees clinical staff working with high-acuity or extended support clients, ensuring services meet licensing, medical standards, and agency policies. They collaborate with the Branch Administrator to develop and manage clinical programs, supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and ensure quality care through home visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and conduct annual evaluations
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
• Manage caseloads and ensure quality, financially sound case management
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and program evaluation
• Perform client home visits to monitor care quality
• Oversee staff orientation and competency assurance
• Investigate client complaints

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure in the practice state
• Active CPR certification
• At least 3 years of RN healthcare experience, preferably in home health
• Experience with Medicare Skilled Nursing and OASIS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong leadership and clinical expertise
