This position oversees clinical staff providing care to high medical acuity and extended support clients. It involves staff supervision, orientation, and ensuring compliance with licensing, medical standards, and policies. The role includes planning and managing clinical programs, supporting agency growth, and assisting with operational and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client home visits and evaluate service quality
• Investigate and resolve client complaints
• Oversee case management to ensure cost-effective care
• Recruit, train, and evaluate clinical staff
• Maintain regulatory compliance with licensing and medical standards
• Plan and manage clinical programs
• Support agency growth initiatives
• Assist with operational and financial oversight

Requirements

• Active RN licensure
• Medicare experience
• 3+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in home health
