About the Role

The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health oversees clinical staff serving high medical acuity clients and those receiving extended non-licensed support. This role involves managing clinical programs, assisting with agency growth, and supporting operational and financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff orientation, ensuring competence, and maintaining compliance with licensing, medical standards, and policies
• Investigate client complaints and evaluate services for improvement
• Participate in recruiting and training of clinical staff
• Conduct home visits and supervise clinical staff, including performance evaluations
• Oversee case management to ensure cost-effective service delivery and manage caseloads as needed

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure in the practice state
• Active CPR certification
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and understanding of OASIS
• 3+ years RN experience, preferably in home health
