About the Role

The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health oversees clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients and those receiving extended non-licensed support. They provide staff orientation, ensure competence as a Preceptor, and guarantee services meet licensing, medical standards, and agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical programs, services, and staff in line with policies and regional directives.
• Support agency growth in home care services.
• Serve as a clinical expert, assisting with operational and financial management.
• Investigate client complaints and take appropriate actions.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of clinical staff.
• Evaluate programs for continuous improvement.
• Conduct home visits to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Supervise clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), perform evaluations, and oversee case management for financial efficiency.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Active CPR certification.
• 3+ years RN experience, preferably in home health.
• Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and understanding of OASIS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
