RN Clinical Manager Home Health $10k Sign on Bonus

We are seeking a compassionate RN Clinical Manager to join Amedisys, one of the largest and most trusted home health and hospice companies in the U.S. This role offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, attractive pay, and a range of benefits that support flexibility, purpose, and career growth while helping patients heal at home.

Responsibilities

• Recommend employment decisions (hire, fire, advance, promote, change status) to the Director of Operations.
• Ensure overall quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
• Organize clinical operations for the care center.
• Review service requests and determine patient eligibility/suitability for home care.
• Coordinate patient referrals and admissions with intake.
• Oversee scheduling, payor verification, and precertification requirements.
• Review staff documentation and resolve missing, incomplete, or untimely issues.
• Assist clinicians in establishing patient goals, priorities, and Plans of Care (POC); regularly evaluate and revise POCs as needed.
• Provide direct patient care on an infrequent basis during emergencies.
• Participate in the on‑call process.
• Train staff to ensure quality care, compliance, and fiscal responsibility.
• Investigate and resolve patient, family, or physician concerns.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current active RN license for the state(s) of assignment.
• One (1) year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
• One (1) year of RN management experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Base salary range: $84,000 – $95,000 annually, plus a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Compensation may vary by geographic market, knowledge, skills, and experience.
