About the Role

The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health oversees clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients and those receiving extended non-licensed support. The role involves managing clinical programs, supporting agency growth, and assisting with operational and financial aspects while ensuring services meet licensing, medical standards, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical services and staff
• Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and evaluations
• Oversee case management and client caseloads
• Conduct home visits and respond to client issues
• Investigate client complaints and evaluate programs
• Supervise clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform employee evaluations
• Manage caseloads as needed
• Ensure staff competence through orientation and ongoing support

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the practice state
• Active CPR certification
• 3+ years RN experience, preferably in home health
• Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and understanding of OASIS

Bachelor’s degree preferred
