Home Health RN Assistant Clinical Manager - Full Time

About the Role

The Assistant Clinical Manager – Home Health evaluates nursing activities to ensure quality patient care, staff support, and operational efficiency. They act as a resource for clinical staff, facilitate teamwork, oversee the Quality Program, and maintain compliance with regulations. The role includes supervising RN, LPN, and HHA staff, managing a caseload, and serving as a backup to the Clinical Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical records per policies and regulations
• Participate in performance improvement activities
• Coordinate staff orientation and ongoing education
• Manage patient caseloads and oversee admission and care plans
• Ensure compliance with licensure surveys and quality standards

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in the state of application
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with Medicare skilled nursing and OASIS is preferred

Skills

• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
• Leadership and training skills to mentor staff and oversee clinical processes
