Home Health Occupational Therapist Part Time

Position Overview

An Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed to assess, teach, and deliver therapy interventions based on physician directives and home health plans.

Responsibilities

• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of mobility, strength, and function
• Developing and updating individual treatment plans
• Providing therapy services aligned with physician orders
• Maintaining documentation for progress
• Modifying goals as necessary
• Collaborating with healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers to ensure optimal care
• Supervisory duties may include overseeing other personnel such as OT Assistants and Home Health Aides

Requirements

• A degree in Occupational Therapy
• A valid state license
• CPR certification
