We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled patient care for pediatric, tracheostomy, and adult patients in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, administering prescribed treatments, and monitoring physiologic and psychosocial changes. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and documenting patient data and nursing diagnoses.
