About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled patient care for pediatric, tracheostomy, and adult patients in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Administer prescribed treatments
• Monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes
• Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• BLS certification
• TB or Chest X-Ray
• Preferably one year of nursing experience
