Home Health Clinical Manager - Full Time

Role: The Clinical Manager – Home Health supervises clinical staff serving high medical acuity and extended non-licensed clients, ensuring service delivery aligns with licensing, medical standards, and agency policies. Responsibilities Manage clinical programs, services, and staff to support agency growth.Serve as clinical expert, assisting with operational and financial oversight.Supervise clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), conduct evaluations, and oversee case management for financial and quality compliance.Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff needs.Ensure regulatory compliance through policy enforcement and conduct client home visits to uphold quality of care.Address client complaints and implement program improvements. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure in the practice state.Associates degree required; 3+ years RN experience in healthcare preferred.Experience with Medicare Skilled Nursing and OASIS understanding is advantageous.Active CPR certification and leadership skills in clinical supervision.
