Home Health Aide (HHA or CNA)
About the role
As a fast-growing, leading provider, Giving Home Health Care serves patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. We are dedicated to providing personalized, in-home care to individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities for the Department of Energy.
Responsibilities
- Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
- Aid the patients with their activities of daily living and personal care
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare meals according to the patient's needs
- Monitor vital signs (temperature, respiration, etc.) according to the care plan
- Remind the patient to take prescribed medications
- Document services and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with the patient's family, doctors, and other relevant parties regarding the patient's health and care
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work on an as-needed basis
- CPR certification
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be a compassionate individual who can provide high-quality care in a mission-driven, collaborative environment. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Scheduling details will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.

Schedule
Available shifts are 6 hours daily, starting at 10am. Scheduling will be determined between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.
