Responsibilities
- Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
- Aid with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare meals according to the patient’s needs
- Maintain a watch over the patient’s vital signs (including monitoring vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) according to the care plan
- Ensure the patient takes their medications as directed
- Keep detailed records and documentation of the services provided
- Communicate with the patient’s family, doctors, and other relevant parties regarding the patient’s health and care
Requirements
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Dependable transportation
- Current CPR certification

Schedule
The patient has the following schedule openings: 2, 4 hour visits a month for a total of 8 hours.
