Responsibilities
- Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
- Aid with the patients' activities of daily living as well as personal care
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare meals for the patient
- Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) according to the care plan
- Remind the patient to take prescribed medications
- Keep records and documentation of services provided
- Communicate with the patient's family, doctors, and other relevant parties regarding the patient's health and care
Qualifications
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Dependable transportation
- Current CPR certification
Benefits
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
Schedule
The patient has the following schedule openings: 7 hours a week, starting at 8 or 9am on Fridays.
