Home Health Aide (HHA or CNA)
About the role
As a fast-growing, leading provider, Giving Home Health Care serves patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. We are seeking a compassionate HHA or CNA in Santa Cruz, NM to provide in-home care.
Responsibilities
- Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
- Aid with the patients' activities of daily living and personal care
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare meals according to the patient's needs
- Maintain a watch over the patient's vital signs (temperature, respiration, etc.) as per the care plan
- Remind the patient to take prescribed medications
- Keep detailed records and documentation of the services provided
- Communicate with the patient's family, doctors, and other relevant parties regarding the patient's health and care
Requirements
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Dependable transportation
- Current CPR certification

Benefits
This patient has the following schedule openings: 6 hours a day, no preference on the start time. The role offers a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
Pay
To be determined based on qualifications and experience.
