Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to established standards of practice.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards, and maintain accurate and timely records.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Home Health is a must.
• Current physical therapy licensure and certification in Pennsylvania.
