About the role
This role operates administratively in a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Setting, providing services for individuals with functional, cognitive, and other physical or mental health needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruitment and training teams to hire, onboard, and develop staff
- Schedule coverage based on service needs
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and weekly site oversight
- Foster a positive, engaged team culture through active involvement, monthly team meetings, staff follow-up, and coaching
- Oversee key resources including vehicle scheduling, individual budgets, representative payee processes, medication check-ins, and appointment coordination
- Support community partnerships and service enhancement efforts
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies while maintaining accurate, timely, and complete documentation
- Advocate for individuals served by promoting dignity, independence, and choice, ensuring services are respectful, empowering, and aligned with each person’s goals and desired outcomes

- Age requirement: At least 18 years old
- Driver’s License: Responsible for transportation at times
- Reliable Transportation: Proven ability to transport individuals safely
- Education requirement: High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Physical Demands: May require lifting up to 35 pounds, prolonged sitting, working at a computer, bending, stooping, stretching, prolonged standing, wearing hearing and eye protection, seeing objects/persons at a distance, seeing close work, determining where sounds are coming from, hearing conversations, driving and transporting for service provision

- Experience in managing teams and overseeing operational aspects of a service delivery setting
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and agency policies related to HCBS settings

- Proven ability to foster a positive and engaged team culture
- Experience in advocating for individuals served and promoting dignity, independence, and choice
