YOUR DAY AS A HOME CARE SCHEDULER As a Full-Time Home Care Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for clients and caregivers. Your Day May Include Matching caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client needsCreating and maintaining accurate caregiver schedulesCommunicating with caregivers, clients, and office staffManaging schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage needsAssisting with finding coverage for open shiftsEnsuring client services are staffed appropriatelyMaintaining accurate documentation and scheduling recordsWorking closely with office staff to ensure smooth daily operationsBuilding positive relationships with caregivers and clientsHelping solve scheduling challenges in a fast-paced environment Every day is different, and your ability to stay organized, think quickly, and communicate effectively will make a direct impact on the quality of care our clients receive.
