Home Care Office Support
About the role
The Home Care Office Support position is responsible for providing office management and clerical support to the Home Care function. This position may also coordinate staffing as designated by site.
Responsibilities
- Manage general Home Care office operations.
- Manage central office phone calls and communication.
- Provide clerical support for the Home Care function.
- Cook up home care billing for services provided to residents according to established procedures.
- Submit statistical data to supervisor according to established timelines.
- Maintain inventory, billing and distribution of supplies and equipment according to established procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely payroll information for the clinical function as assigned.
- Maintain resident medical records to include coordination of forms, computer data entry, and generation of reports and data as assigned.
- Cook up the scheduling of resident services.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of secretarial/office management experience.
- Demonstrated computer literacy including word processing and other computer experience.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.09 - $20.59 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
