About the role
As a Home Buying Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass receiving and relentlessly following up with leads, meeting with homeowners to negotiate deeply discounted purchases of their off-market properties, and adeptly preparing and securing contracts to ensure seamless and triumphant sales procedures. From the instant a lead materializes to the moment you furnish the closing team with a signed purchase agreement, you will play a pivotal role in propelling the company's expansion and achievements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Nurture strong client relationships and provide outstanding "referral worthy" service
- Ensure swift responses to all leads and inquiries, within 3 minutes or less
- Immediately call back any missed / abandoned calls
- Conduct "discovery calls" with all new seller leads to build rapport and pre-screen sellers based on their motivation level, sense of urgency, and other selling indicators
- Follow our proven sales process to negotiate deeply discounted purchases of off-market properties
- Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts and letters of intent, to facilitate sales transactions
- Regular follow up calls, text messages, and emails to all leads on a predetermined schedule based on their motivation level, until the lead is considered "dead"
- Proactively address client concerns and foster trust throughout the closing process
- Collaborate efficiently with the team to ensure all transactions close as smoothly as possible
- Maintain comprehensive records of all lead interactions in our CRM system
- Deliver daily updates for accurate KPI reporting
- Seek guidance from the sales managers as needed
- Attend weekly sales training and all company meetings
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and empathy
Requirements
- Experience: No Real Estate experience is preferred - you'll learn that on the job. But 5+ years experience with a proven track record of consistently being a top performer in B2C Sales, Door-To-Door Sales, High-Ticket Sales, Conflict Resolution, or related fields is a must
- Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or a related field preferred, but not mandatory
- Technology: Must have a reliable computer and smartphone, and be software proficient (especially with Google apps for business, Microsoft Office, CRM's, DocuSign, Adobe PDF, etc)
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; adaptable and tech-savvy
- Assessments: Must complete Predictive Index behavioral (Captain/Maverick/Persuader profiles preferred) and cognitive benchmarks (250 or higher, out of 450)
- Other Requirements: Clean background check, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
- Bonus Points Awarded: To those who are bilingual in Spanish, as well as former First Responders, Military NCOs, College Athletes, and Bartenders

- Salary: You'll be paid a base salary as a draw against future commissions
