Hoistman at Silver Opportunity Partners LLC
About the Company
At the Sunshine, we’re not just reviving a mine — we’re rebuilding a legacy. Built for more. Home to one of America’s most iconic silver mines, the Sunshine Complex represents both a proud history and a bold future. Since acquiring the site in 2010, the Sunshine has invested approximately $200 million to transform and modernize operations. We’ve expanded our land position nearly fourfold, upgraded critical infrastructure, and deployed advanced exploration technologies — all with a clear vision: returning the Sunshine Mine to production in 2028. This is more than a project — it’s a once-in-a-generation opportunity to be part of something meaningful.
A Culture Built on People and Purpose: At the Sunshine, we believe people are inherently valuable, and that every role plays a critical part in our success. From the field to the office, every position matters — and every voice is heard. We work hard, collaborate openly, and thrive on solving complex challenges together. Our team is driven by curiosity, innovation, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. Safety is at the core of everything we do, and we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards to ensure everyone goes home safe every day.
