HMA Plants Dispatcher (Kona)

About the role

HMA Plants is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in Kona. The Dispatcher is responsible for managing the flow of materials and equipment within the facility, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate material handling and transportation.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with material handling systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of HMA Plants’ policies and procedures.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
