Ag Plant Operator & Dispatch

Job Summary

A person in this position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility while also developing and supporting relationships with the location’s customer base. A person in this position will assist in directing, promoting and coordinating operations in a manner that will optimize the safety program, efficiency, customer service, mission, and goals of the company.

Essential Job Qualifications/Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business, or related degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate in appropriate, professional manner with managers, supervisors, employees, customers, vendors and general public.
• Ability to make appropriate decisions and execute them according to policy.
• Maintain appropriate and expected levels of customer service.
• Determine order of need and task priority based on level of importance.
• Exhibit a manager focus in all interactions and strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.
• Exhibit a professional and positive image.
