About the role
The Buda HMA Plant Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment at the plant.
Responsibilities
- Operate various types of heavy machinery and equipment
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles
- Maintain equipment in good working order
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Experience operating heavy machinery
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of HMA plant operations
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
