About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes AI & Engineering Fellowship at Deloitte is designed for Transitioning Military members who wish to leverage their military experience in the corporate world. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in the AI & Engineering practice, working on projects that address complex client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Deloitte’s AI & Engineering practice and industry leaders
• Participate in project shadowing to understand client service environments
• Receive Deloitte-designed learning experiences to prepare for a client service career
• Have the potential to transition to a full-time role upon successful completion of the fellowship

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in application development or software development
• Exposure to artificial intelligence through academic coursework, certifications, internships, or professional experience
