About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes AI & Engineering Fellowship at Deloitte is an immersive 12-week program designed for transitioning military members. Fellows gain hands-on experience in the AI & Engineering practice, working alongside industry leaders on complex client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project shadowing to gain exposure to client service environments
• Engage with cutting-edge engineering projects that transform mission-critical operations
• Learn from Deloitte-designed learning experiences tailored to prepare for a client service career
• Opportunity to transition to a full-time role upon successful completion of the fellowship

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with DoD SkillBridge authorization
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible for the fellowship program
• Likely to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in application development or software development
• Exposure to artificial intelligence through academic coursework, certifications, internships, or professional experience
