Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective actions, ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards, and manage safety and security.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting department goals.
• Ensure food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Manage crew effectively and ensure quality food production.
• Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to safety and security protocols.
• Schedule staff and manage staffing needs.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.

Positive team player with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Must be 18 years or older to be eligible to be a manager in a corporate-owned restaurant.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
