Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective actions, ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards, manage safety and security, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting Department goals.
• Ensure food safety, manage inventory, conduct daily maintenance and cleanliness, oversee crew, produce quality food, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain safety and security.
• Manage schedules, train new employees, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and enthusiasm for working in the McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be eligible to be a manager in a corporate-owned restaurant.
