Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure standards are met, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety protocols.
• Communicate internally with the team.
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Manage crew effectively.
• Ensure quality food production.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure safety and security.
• Schedule staff.
• Train new employees.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in the McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be eligible to be a manager in a corporate-owned restaurant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
