Hiring Experienced Executive Caregivers pay rate 27 an hour

About the role

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

Responsibilities

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep
• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments
• Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more
• Hourly Care
• Light housekeeping and organization

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving assistance with activities of daily living and dementia care
• 4 year College Degree completed or in progress
• Understanding of Cognitive Care Needs (Dementia Care), Parkinson's and other Chronic Health conditions
• Able to provide mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to drive client in their vehicle (mileage reimbursement included)
• Must have a smartphone with internet access

Preferred Qualifications

• Active LVN License OR Relevant 4-Year College Degree
• Active CNA or HHA Certification
• 5+ years of professional caregiving experience, including all ADLs
• Specialized training/experience in Dementia, Parkinson's, Post-Stroke, and Hospice care
• Certifications (preferred but NOT required): CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED

Pay

Hourly Rate: $23 to $27, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more. Weekly Payments.

Schedule

• 4-12 Hour Shifts, Monday-Sunday
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time or part-time, based on your availability and travel preferences
• Holiday Pay: Time and a half
