Responsibilities

• Ask the kind of questions most salespeople are too soft to ask.
• Find out where they really are financially, emotionally, mentally.
• Diagnose whether IBC and our path is actually right for them.
• Hand them the keys.
• Sit across a Zoom screen from a stranger and — within ten minutes — have them admitting things they haven't told their spouse.
• Show up sharp every single day.
• Live the message. If you don't believe building wealth outside the traditional system is possible, you cannot sell it. Period.
• Coachable ego. Strong opinions, loosely held. We promote killers who listen. We fire prima donnas who don't.

Requirements

• Proven sales background. Minimum 2+ years closing in a high-ticket, phone/Zoom-based environment.
• 25%+ close rate after probation.
• Full ownership of your pipeline.
• Show up sharp every single day.
• Live the message.
• Stable, professional remote setup.
• CRM discipline.
• Emotional intelligence over scripts.
• Coachable ego.
• A worldview that aligns.
