About the role

At The Art of Healing we help people with anxious attachment become securely attached in weeks of structured work. We have a massive, engaged audience, a proven $6,300 transformation offer, and more qualified inbound calls than our team can currently handle. The founder is currently closing a significant portion of these calls and needs a closer who can outperform him on the phone so he can focus on leading the company.

Who You Are

• Professional sales closer with a rare combination of high EQ and killer instinct.
• Minimum 1 year of closing high‑ticket offers.
• Know your numbers cold (close rate, cash collected, average call volume).
• Empathetic enough to build trust with mostly faith‑based women doing serious inner work.
• Can “hold space” while actively guiding a prospect to a confident decision on the same call.
• US‑based and fully available for morning calls (EST/CST).

Who We Are Not Looking For

• “Laptop lifestyle” chasers looking for a relaxed gig.
• “Bro‑closers” who steamroll prospects with high‑pressure tactics.
• Heart‑centered empaths who cannot close the deal.
• Anyone who cannot handle fast, direct feedback.

Compensation

This is a 100 % commission (1099) role: 10 % commission per close plus a Paid‑in‑Full (PIF) bonus. On‑Track Earnings (OTE) are $18,000 – $19,000+ per month. Warm inbound leads are provided.

Schedule

Fully available for morning calls (EST/CST).
