About the role

At The Art of Healing we help people with anxious attachment become securely attached through weeks of structured, real‑world work. We have a massive, engaged audience, a proven $6,300 transformation offer, and more qualified inbound calls than our team can currently handle. The founder is personally closing a significant portion of these calls and needs a closer who can outperform them so they can focus on leading the company.

Responsibilities

• Close high‑ticket ($6,300) transformation offers on inbound calls.
• Hold space for anxiously attached, faith‑based women while guiding them to a confident decision on the same call.
• Manage and convert the warm inbound lead flow provided by the company.
• Track personal metrics (close rate, cash collected, average call volume) and strive to exceed targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience closing high‑ticket offers.
• Know your numbers cold – close rate, cash collected, average call volume.
• US‑based and fully available for morning calls (EST/CST).
• Not a fit for: “laptop lifestyle” chasers, high‑pressure “bro‑closers”, empaths who cannot close, or anyone who cannot handle fast, direct feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong emotional intelligence to build trust with faith‑based women doing serious inner work.
• Ability to hold space without being passive – combining empathy with decisive, killer energy.

Skills

• High EQ and killer instinct.
• Empathetic listening combined with persuasive closing ability.
• Metrics‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working on a 100% commission (1099) structure.

Pay

100% commission (1099) role – 10% commission per close plus a Paid‑in‑Full (PIF) bonus. On‑Track Earnings (OTE) projected at $18,000–$19,000+ per month. Warm inbound leads are provided; no cold calling required.

Schedule

Morning call availability required (Eastern/Central Time).
