About the role
This role exists to turn seller conversations into signed purchase agreements through fast response times, disciplined follow-up, strong questioning, clear offers, and in-person trust-building. It is a high-accountability sales seat.

Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of B2C sales experience, especially in a role where pricing, negotiation, and trust mattered.
- Backgrounds: Automotive sales, RV sales, Home improvement or remodeling sales, Roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, or other in-home sales, Other high-ticket consumer sales roles with negotiation and follow-up.
- Qualifications: Not required to have prior real estate experience, but must be able to sell, follow up, take coaching, and build trust with Treasure Valley homeowners.
Benefits
- Compensation: $3,000/mo. guaranteed base salary, paid bi-weekly, Additional $2,000/mo. available as a draw against future commissions, as needed, 10% commission on gross profit once the final home closing occurs, Bonus opportunities tied to production quotas, Additional bonus opportunities for every $500,000 in gross profits that you close.

Schedule and Work Environment
Monday-Friday morning meeting at 8:30 AM, Appointments scheduled Monday-Saturday, Flexibility for evening appointments when needed, Rotating weekend coverage for inbound leads and appointments, Travel within the Treasure Valley market for seller appointments.
