About the role

The High-End Experience assistant supports the planning and execution of bespoke and elevated experiences for Cartier's high jewelry clients. This role ensures operational excellence, attention to detail, and strong collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in preparing and executing custom VIP client treatments such as invitation and gifting ideation and mailings, vendor and agency research, transportation logistics, client accommodations, etc.
  • Maintain and monitor budgets for client treatments, including processing invoices, new vendor set-up, monthly reclassifications, purchase orders, and accruals.
  • Support communication and collaboration with HQ, High Jewelry, boutiques, sales associates, and the client engagement team by organizing meetings, sharing materials, and documenting best practices.
  • Contribute to content gathering and logistics for local city guides and retainer VIP hospitality initiatives.
  • Support the pre-planning and on-site logistics of High-End Experiences based on curated client lists, including event logistics, boutique appointments, and milestone celebrations.
  • Travel to provide on-site event support as needed.
  • Uphold a client-first mindset and contribute to a culture of excellence through high-touch, detail-oriented service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of work experience in Project Management, Events, or Public Relations (including internships)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and self-motivation
  • Ability to work effectively with all company levels, from senior management to external partners and support staff
  • Must be a team player, enthusiastic, positive, professional, and polished
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours and travel if required
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
