Job Description
Driving VSM level business Quality transformation based on Zero defect workbook and QMS standards.
Own the strategic vision across cells and VSM focused on product & process quality.
Partner with cell leadership to establish a robust audit plan & ensure strategic & tactical support of key actions.
Mentor and coach manufacturing and quality engineers on process improvement and quality systems.
Provide leadership & support to meet COPQ reduction targets.
Drive simplification & reporting solutions to improve response time & issue resolution.
Lead cross-functional engineering and NPI efforts to improve first pass yield on key programs.
Lead customer resolution & Drive 8D Problem Solving.
Own quality and technical framework to ensure CTQs and compliance requirements are met.
Drive a robust training program for manufacturing processes and quality systems to ensure adherence to standard practices and support the development of technical growth within the organization.
Maintain and improve process documentation & facilitate best practice sharing across the COE.
Provide advanced quality engineering for new products, processes, and technology.
Report performance and progress to senior business leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Manufacturing.
- Expertise in Quality concepts and tools (Process FMEA , MSA, SPC, etc.).
- Competency in RCA (8D/DMAIC/PSR).
- HGP Quality experience as Lead PQE or PQE.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $107,600.00 and $179,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
