- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional projects that enhance communities.
- Participate in design charrettes and pin-ups to refine and improve designs.
- Support emerging leaders through JLGdna, a comprehensive training and mentorship program.
- Gain hands-on experience through internships and shadow visits.
- Contribute to the success of the company's 3-year AXP development program to expedite licensure.
Requirements
- Strong academic background in architecture or related field.
- Passion for creating spaces that inspire, support, and connect communities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3.7 years to become a licensed architect.
- Experience with sustainable design principles.
- Knowledge of LEED certification standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in architectural software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
