About the role
Helpdesk Tech-SR leads helpdesk operations, providing Tier I/II support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and mentoring junior staff. Ensures timely resolution of service tickets and compliance with IT policies.

Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 4-year degree OR 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
- Active SECRET clearance
- DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Certification (minimum Security+)
- Windows OS, Active Directory, MS Office
- Hardware/software troubleshooting
- Helpdesk ticketing systems
- Customer service and escalation management
