About the role
Provides support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensures timely resolution of service tickets and compliance with IT policies.
Responsibilities
- Supports end-users with hardware and software issues
- Trains users on proper use of technology
- Ensures compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Handles helpdesk ticketing systems
- Communicates effectively with users and internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- 4-year degree OR 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Active SECRET clearance
- DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Certification (minimum Security+)
- Windows OS, Active Directory, MS Office
- Hardware/software troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
