About the role

Provides support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensures timely resolution of service tickets and compliance with IT policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supports end-users with hardware and software issues
  • Trains users on proper use of technology
  • Ensures compliance with IT policies and procedures
  • Handles helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Communicates effectively with users and internal teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 4-year degree OR 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Active SECRET clearance
  • DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Certification (minimum Security+)
  • Windows OS, Active Directory, MS Office
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
