Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Handle customer inquiries related to software and hardware issues.
- Document issues and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Must be eligible for a Secret clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
