Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support using ITSM tools (Remedy)
- Create, track, and resolve incident tickets and service requests
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues
- Support email, account management, and standard desktop applications
- Re-image systems and maintain end-user devices
- Reset CAC/token PINs and support account access
- Perform file share access maintenance and user support
- Escalate issues to appropriate support teams and track through resolution
- Cook up incident response across multiple support groups
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+)
- At least 1 year of help desk experience in a multi-user environment
- Strong understanding of PC operating systems
- Working knowledge of networking and email systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MECM, VMware, ESXi, or NetApp ONTAP

- HS + 6 years OR AA + 4 years OR BS + 2 years OR MS + 0 years
