About the role

We're seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide desktop and application support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Document and track incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and software
  • Train users on new technologies and software applications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications

Qualifications

  • CCENT or CCNA certification preferred
  • Experience with network troubleshooting tools and protocols
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

  • Technical proficiency with Windows operating systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Effective communication and customer service skills

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
