About the role
We're seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide desktop and application support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Document and track incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and software
- Train users on new technologies and software applications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications
Qualifications
- CCENT or CCNA certification preferred
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools and protocols
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Technical proficiency with Windows operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Effective communication and customer service skills

Pay
$20 - $25 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
