Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the help desk team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance and professional development.
- Establish and maintain customer service standards, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Track and evaluate the performance of help desk staff, developing feedback reports and implementing strategies for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive help desk experience with strong mentoring and analytical skills.
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- ITIL v4 certification is required
- Helpdesk Customer Service Representative Certification is desired.
