About the role

As a Journeyman Field Technician, you will work on heavy trenching and construction equipment at customer locations to ensure optimal performance and uptime. You’ll travel the area in a fully loaded service vehicle, perform high-quality repairs, interact with customers, and tackle challenging jobs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair heavy construction equipment in the field.
  • Maintain and maximize equipment uptime for customers.
  • Travel to customer locations in a company service vehicle.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication.
  • Work independently with self-motivation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (CDL preferred).
  • Must provide own tools.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Pay

$34.48–$48/hour (depending on experience).
