Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from beginning to end
• Hire subcontractors and work with engineers and architects as needed
• Keep track of an inventory of equipment and materials
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permits required for construction projects
• Multitask to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in heavy civil public and private work
• BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Good computer and communication skills
• Ability to work as a team player
• Highly organized with the ability to plan ahead

Pay

$120,000 - $140,000 per year
