About the role
The Hearing Representative - Workers' Compensation is responsible for conducting hearings and making determinations regarding workers' compensation claims.
Responsibilities
- Conduct hearings and make determinations regarding workers' compensation claims
- Review medical reports and other relevant documentation
- Communicate with claimants, employers, and healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in workers' compensation or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Qualifications
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
