The Hearing Representative - Workers' Compensation is responsible for conducting hearings and making determinations regarding workers' compensation claims.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearings and make determinations regarding workers' compensation claims
• Review medical reports and other relevant documentation
• Communicate with claimants, employers, and healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in workers' compensation or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
