About the role

Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients to find a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is eager to grow into a long-term role.

Responsibilities

Respond to a high volume of incoming customer calls daily
Aid customers with order inquiries, updates, and general concerns
Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
Accurately document interactions and maintain records in internal systems
Maintain and meet or exceed established call and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Reliable, punctual, and available to start quickly
