Customer Service Representative
Description
Onsite in Mesa - 5 days per week
Required: This position is for a customer service representative for a textbook store that serves as the official online bookstore for high schools across the country.
Responsibilities
- Answer any customer questions about our products or the ordering process
- Address any customer complaints related to their orders
- Provide end user support
- Communicate with clients, schools, and customers via phone and email
- Roughly 30% of the day will be spent on phones, the rest on emails and research
- Data entry/order processing
- Other assigned duties
Requirements
- Must have 1.5-2+ years of strong customer service experience
- Strong computer skills
