Healthcare Recruiter - Hospice

About the role

This role involves managing a portfolio of position openings, sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and hiring talent to support business needs. Activities include engaging in candidate attraction and evaluation, delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, proactively sourcing talent, ensuring recruitment processes are followed, identifying and sharing efficiency improvements, and participating in regular meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of position openings
• Sources, interviews, assesses, and hires talent
• Engages in candidate attraction and evaluation
• Delivers exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Proactively sources talent through VITAS programs and tools
• Ensures recruitment processes are followed
• Identifies and shares efficiency improvements
• Participates in regular meetings with hiring teams
• Generates and shares reports to monitor progress
• Adheres to standardized procedures
• Attends meetings, training activities, courses, and other work-related activities

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment role
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory practices involved in the recruitment function
• Working knowledge of ATS systems (Oracle preferred)
• Experience identifying, managing, and positively impacting staffing metrics
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering, and developing productive relationships with hiring leaders
• Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
• Ability to navigate within automated systems and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or international equivalent preferred
• SPHR, PHR, or Professional Recruiting Certification preferred
