About the role

Hospice Promise is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Caregiver to provide end-of-life care to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and a genuine desire to support those facing life-limiting illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hospice care including physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience in hospice care or palliative care preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in computer systems, particularly electronic health record (EHR) software.

Pay
